EPA

Short for eicosapentaenoic acid. Part of the Omega 3 chain of fatty acids. Most commonly found in fatty fish like sardines, salmon and mackerel. Cannot be made in the body, must be provided by the diet. Proven by research to substantially reduce the risk of a fatal heart attack.

Elderberry

A champion cold and flu fighter. The berry has been found to possess antiviral proteins that may also keep cold and flu viruses from invading cells.
